very positive experience with this company!!! we had a few issues that arose and they were quickly dealt with. Tony is willing to walk the land with you and answer any questions you might have. He met with us several times before and after the sale of our land and several times in the rain and mud. The staff in the office are very kind and helpful when I have called. I have no complaints with the company and even referred my sister to them and she bought land from them.

Excellent way to invest for your future home or your vacations property
I just ran across some of the reviews and felt compelled to comment. I purchased and financed land with these guys about a year ago. Throughout my transaction they were very prompt and ethical. They were very patient in answering every question I had. They showed me several properties in an attempt to find everything I was looking for. This transaction was one I would absolutely do over again. They never represented themselves to be real estate agents, actually they made it very clear they were not. I took the time to research and then ask related questions. I find it funny that someone does no research into a company they intend to do business with and then writes a negative review because of assumptions made. Also, as with any company they are in business to make money. It is my responsibility to understand my budget and what I can afford. If you looking for land in this area, I would not hesitate to do business with these guys on ethical concerns.
We have purchased two properties from S.E.OK. Land Co.. I financed land and a home on 5 acres. I have had nothing but positive experiences on both transactions. I would recommend them to family and friends.
I do wish I had worked into the contract them helping me dig post holes and build a fence. :-)
